ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਡੈਸਕ : ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਮੰਤਰਾਲਾ ਨੇ ਸੰਸਦ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਦੇ ਉਸ ਦਾਅਵੇ ਨੂੰ ਖਾਰਿਜ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ’ਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ’ਚ ਤਬਦੀਲੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਸ਼ੁੱਕਰਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਮੰਤਰਾਲਾ ਨੇ ਸਾਫ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਕ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਹਟਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਪ੍ਰਸਤਾਵ ’ਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਮੰਤਰਾਲਾ ਦੇ ਬੁਲਾਰੇ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਜੋ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਟਵੀਟ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਖਦਸ਼ਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਇਆ ਸੀ, ਉਹ ਭਰਮਾਊ ਹੈ। ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਮੁੱਦਾ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਮਿਤ ਸ਼ਾਹ ਕੋਲ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਉਠਾਇਆ।
The apprehension expressed in Shri Sukhbir Singh Badal’s tweet that he met and urged the Union Home Minister to review the Union Government’s decision to appoint a fullfledged Administrator for Chandigarh by divesting the Governor of Punjab of this charge, is unfounded.

It is clarified that the Union Government has not taken any decision of divesting Punjab Governor of this responsibility of Chandigarh Administrator; and, neither is any such proposal under contemplation.

ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ 12 ਅਗਸਤ ਨੂੰ ਇਕ ਟਵੀਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ’ਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਮਿਤ ਸ਼ਾਹ ਨਾਲ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਦੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ ਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਲਈ ਪੂਰਨ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਕ ਨਿਯੁਕਤ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਹਟਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਦੀ ਸਮੀਖਿਆ ਕਰਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਾ ਆਪਣੀ ਰਾਜਧਾਨੀ ’ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਦਾਅਵੇ ਨੂੰ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਯਤਨ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਸਵੀਕਾਰਨਯੋਗ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।
