ਬੀਜਿੰਗ— ਤੁਸੀ ਸੜਕ ਉੱਤੇ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ ਅਤੇ ਅਗਲੇ ਪਲ ਕੀ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇ ਕੋਈ ਕੁਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਹਿ ਸਕਦੇ। ਚਾਹੇ ਹੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਕਿੰਨੀ ਵੀ ਸਾਵਧਾਨੀ ਨਾਲ ਚਲੋ ਪਰ ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਬੰਨ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਦੁਰਘਟਨਾ ਟਾਲੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਟਲਦੀ ਪਰ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸੜਕਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਨਜ਼ਾਰੇ ਵੀ ਦੇਖਣ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਦੇ ਹਨ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖ ਕੇ ਹੈਰਾਨੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਚੀਨ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖ ਕੇ ਲੋਕ ਹੈਰਾਨ ਤਾਂ ਹੈ ਹੀ ਹੱਸ ਵੀ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਇਕ ਸਕੂਟਰ ਵਾਲੇ ਨੇ ਕਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਣ ਲਈ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਬ੍ਰੇਕ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਕਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਦੂਰੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਰੁੱਕਿਆ ਪਰ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਸਕੂਟਰ ਹੀ ਫਲਿਪ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਦੋ ਬਾਲਉਮਰ ਅਤੇ ਇਕ ਬੱਚੇ ਨਾਲ ਲਦਿਆ ਇਹ ਸਕੂਟਰ ਜਦੋਂ ਫਲਿਪ ਹੋਇਆ ਤਾਂ ਤਿੰਨੇ ਜਾ ਡਿੱਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਕੂਟਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਥੋੜ੍ਹਾ ਅੱਗੇ ਵੱਧ ਗਿਆ। ਇਹ ਉਦੋਂ ਹੋਇਆ ਜਦੋਂ ਇਕ ਕਾਰ ਸੜਕ ਉੱਤੇ ਯੂ-ਟਰਨ ਲੈ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਤਿੰਨੇ ਉਠ ਖੜੇ ਹੋਏ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਸੱਟਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਈਆ।
